Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to unleash your sales potential, working onsite in Maryland with significant travel to meet with clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through in-person cold calling and onsite visits to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads by identifying and pursuing potential clients across various industries.
- Conduct field sales presentations, demonstrating the value and benefits of high-quality manufacturing services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Learn and understand technical aspects of manufacturing processes through hands-on training.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate project estimates and timelines.
- Prepare detailed and competitive quotes tailored to customer needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by closely monitoring project progress and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by consistently delivering quality service and follow-ups after project completion.
- Act as a liaison between the client and production team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the backup point of contact for the Division Manager during periods of absence.
- Ensure continuity in operations by handling critical customer or internal needs in the manager's absence.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain productivity and address any immediate concerns or decisions required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development (experience in manufacturing preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule.
- Eagerness to learn technical skills through hands-on training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Work Hours
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with approximately 75% travel time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000 and up (based on experience)

Additional Details
- Max Pay: $60,000
- Min Pay: $50,000
